I hear from people all the time that the technique in this podcast is the one that people say has changed their lives in a powerful way. Simple, direct, and available to everyone — this unique mindfulness practice cuts through thoughts, questions, and concerns such as “what is mindfulness?”, “Am I doing this right?”, “I don’t have time to meditate”, “What’s the point of not having thoughts?”, “Do I have to be a spiritual person to do this?”

ALL GREAT QUESTIONS that fade like melting snow when you practice mindfulness using this specific (and yummy!) method of connecting to your direct experience.
